Installation site is a new build property

Please tell us of any installation site access restrictions

This could be but is not limited to: Delivery through a building; Height restrictions of less than 7ft; A garden gate with an overhead support beam; Tight turnings. We do ask for good, clear and safe access for the fitters to get easily between the van and the shed location, especially as several journeys to the van have to be made during the fitting process, usually carrying heavy panels. If access is restricted or may pose a problem please send us some images and we will be more than happy to advise further. Advise us of any narrow lanes, narrow roads, driveways, parking permits etc, that will impede our delivery vehicle en-route or outside the delivery address. Our fitting team will arrive in a 3.5 tonne Volkswagen/Iveco flat bed van, so can you please let us know if there will be any issues with parking or access on the day of delivery i.e will the fitting team need to be issued with a parking permit.

Shed Base

Please tell us about the base you have for the shed

We do recommend a slabbed or concrete flat and level base. This needs to be at minimum the same size as the shed ordered accounting for 6 inches around the shed for installation purposes. This would need to be ready prior to delivery. We advise installation onto Grass/soil or loose gravel can cause issues with the shed over time. We require a 6" gap at a very minimum, to be kept, on all four sides of the perimeter for installation purposes.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure access to the property is clear, and that the base provided for the shed is both flat and level. All sizes are nominal. We endeavour to build to the sizes specified but due to variations in wood and extras chosen sizing can vary. Please contact us to confirm.
