The construction of and materials we use

Materials used on every shed roof

We use a wooden framework and 40kg green mineral felt to cover all our roofs. It is strong and durable (like everything we use) ideal for protecting your shed from the elements!

Roof construction

Depending on your chosen shed range, for the Beast range we use 25mm (planed to a finish of 20mm) wood, and for all other ranges your roof will be constructed from 16mm (planed to a finish of 12mm) wood. It will be as strong as your sheds framework. We also use large cross struts at specific points to strengthen it further.
